Roles Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to generate leads and manage client relationships in the Australian market. This role involves cold calling, prospecting, and converting leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, has knowledge in digital marketing, and account management, with excellent communication skills to engage and nurture prospects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients in Australia via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify businesses that could benefit from our digital marketing services and pitch tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Handle objections, explain service offerings, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Market Research: Understand the Australian digital marketing landscape and client pain points to position our services effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, or account management within a BPO or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, web development, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working with Australian clients is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
